I think I could add a few now:
Somewhere in the 5-10 range it should say "Try to not gouge out your eardrums when people compare you to Angelina Jolie, or worse yet, Madonna
Practice saying "Yes, actually I AM aware that there are children in this very country who need homes"
And toward the end: Install new deadbolts to keep away well wishers who are convinced they should get a turn holding, feeding (fill in the blank) for your new child.
